Prince signs SportLife for Underwear!

ABG has signed SportLife Brands as it's partner for Prince Underwear, Sleepwear for men's, ladies, boys and girls in USA and Canada.
SportLife will distribute products in Sporting Goods, Clubs, Department Stores and Mid Tier retailers.
We will launch our initial line of men's underwear and sleepwear for the Holiday 2018 delivery. Ladies and Kids will follow in Spring 2019, commented Michael Kassin, President of SportLife. Under the agreement SportLife will also supply its product in other select territories.
Head signs agreement with SportLife!

HEAD, Sports equipment brand extends North American lined up with SportLife for adult and kids’ Underwear, Sleepwear and Loungewear.
Head Sport has partnered with licensee SportLife Brands for a line of Head-branded loungewear, sleepwear and underwear in North America. The multi-year agreement includes basics, thermals and performance underwear as well as lounge and sleepwear products for adults and children. “SportLife Brands is the perfect group to manage the growth of the iconic Head-branded underwear and loungewear with a serious focus back into the market,” says Giuseppe Faranna, vice president and division manager, licensing, Head Sport. “The company has gained extensive experience and celebrated continuous success over the past years in the category, and we see a very positive future in this new partnership.” The Head-branded products are slated to hit stores in April 2017. “The Head brand has a rich history, it has always been dedicated to creating high-performance products,” says Michael Kassin, President, SportLife. “We look forward to continuing that trend with our Head underwear, loungewear and sleepwear products. Rugged Wilderness, best known for making heavy duty apparel for working in coal mines and steel mills has licensed their brand to SportLife for a more commercial line of products of Outdoor Apparel and Thermals. The line will be focused on men's and ladies sizes and be distributed in Mass, Mid Tier, Farm Fleet, retailers, for distribution in US and Canada. Mike Hank, Vp of Licensing at Rugged Wilderness commented, Sportlife is a company with a good reputation and we are excited to partner with them on this brand extension. There is a big void in the market for this product as more people are working outdoors in construction, farms, mills, etc. The interest in the brand has been strong, we are excited to launch our first line of thermals in Fall 2004, commented Joe Kassin, VP of Licensing.

Happy Undies signed an exclusive multi year agreement with SportLife to distribute the brand for Underwear, Sleepwear and Pajamas for all family sizes in North America, Korea & Japan.

The first delivery will be hitting stores in Holiday 2018, the line promises to be Fun, Cool & Happy.
In 2017, BlackView Capital, LLC, a privately held investment company, purchased a significant stake in the company, for an undisclosed sum. "We saw a pure vehicle with honest people of high integrity who knew the import business very well. We have extensive experience in licensing, banking, factoring, back-office & warehousing, it was an easy, logical tuck-in for us. We expect this to be a long term investment for us" commented, a senior member of BlackView.
